When is the moment that sleeping in has become too much? Understand? We all need sleep but surely sleep is a means to an end, the end being to operate well in daily life. It is a pity that we have to sleep at all, I think. And by that rational, I think it is more of a pity when someone sleeps in more than they have to. For all the equations and logic and knowlegde we have today I have yet to see a chart which says you are this body type, you have this occupation, your health is this. The minimum amount of sleep you need is exactly this.
Wouldn't that be great.
